The auction will last for just 7 days, starting on Thursday 23rd at 7pm, and ending at 9pm on Thursday 30th April. Bids can be made throughout the week.

The Covid-19 Urgent Appeal was launched by NHS Charities Together to support NHS staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients. The appeal will help support the health and emotional wellbeing of NHS staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients in ways above and beyond that which NHS funding can ordinarily provide. Currently, the focus is on the immediate and long term needs of staff and volunteers - everything from nutritious food and drink, mental health support, and helping staff and the patients themselves to stay in touch with their loved ones.This crisis is taking a toll on these amazing staff and volunteers, and so the funding will also be used to support their health and wellbeing, including initiatives like providing counselling support to help staff and volunteers recover fully once the crisis has abated.
